Revenue growth decomposition
Incremental revenue versus prior year
View data
Synthetic monthly revenue, target, orders and prior-year sales. Current-year sales orders are allocated 64% to Europe and 36% to North America, then rounded. Current-year revenue equals sales × €400 average order value. For this synthetic 107% growth scenario, each month’s prior-year revenue equals current-year revenue ÷ 2.07. The revenue target represents 100% year-over-year growth: twice prior-year revenue for every month and market. Prior-year sales volumes are modelled separately, and prior-year average order values are derived from revenue and sales. Growth compares the same months year over year. The volume-first decomposition values additional orders at prior-year average order value, then attributes the remainder to order value; both effects reconcile exactly to revenue growth. No company data is used.

Capacity Scenario Modelling
Project demand and assess operational constraints.
Capacity versus weekly demand

Production
View data
Fictional weekly capacities: order administration 1,000, production 700, combined quality control & fulfilment 820. The combined stage retains the lower capacity of the two sequential activities. Production uplift affects production only. Throughput is the minimum of demand and stage capacities. Unserved orders = demand − throughput. Potential loss = unserved orders × €400 average order value, expressed as weekly revenue at risk. No overtime, opening backlog, variability or routing differences are modelled.
